Very poor experience with this car shop. We dropped by to check a car we saw online from them, during lunch time. We liked the car but unfortunately we didn’t have time to try it immediately so we asked if we could try it at the end of the afternoon and if we would like it, we would buy it immediately. The seller agreed. No mention on reserving the car with a deposit. We checked some other cars in the shop and the seller mentioned that there was a customer dropping by from Belgium to buy a different car but it was the same model we were interested in. On the way home, before trying the car, we called and asked the seller in case the other customer changes his mind and he would be interested in “our” car, to give us a call (to try and speed things up) because we wanted to buy the car. The seller reassured us that the other customer was not interested in “our” car and that everything would be fine and that he would call us in case something would change. 1 hour passes and the seller sends us a message saying the car is already sold to that customer. We asked why didn’t he call us and said we felt his handling was very unprofessional; seller responds in a defensive and almost raging manner and that he will “address” our review. So please go ahead and “address” it.

5 star service; they are honoust, transparant and professional car garage. Their car selection is value for money and the car prices are reasonable compared to other competitor's. We bought a car here and our next car will be bought again from this shop. Adequaat car shop is highly recommended for occasions. Adequaat cars, keep up the good work and service.
